Mission Statement
To serve our members and community as the leading force in preserving and encouraging growth and development in the West Bend area.

Community Promotions & Involvement

  • July 4th Celebration
    • Over $18,000 has been given back to community projects – Pool Slide, Restrooms at Football Field, Showmobile, Tent, Softball Field, Chamber/Grotto Float, Bingo Equipment, Dunk Tank, Community Park and Municipal Signs, and donations to various organizations
  • Fall Retail Promotion
  • Christmas for Kids
  • Member of Western Iowa Tourism
  • West Bend website with the City of West Bend and Economic Development
  • Prizes for homecoming activities
  • Provide opportunity for community service hours
  • Work with civic groups for fundraising opportunities
  • Advertise Grotto and town with float
  • Christmas decorations and banners on Main Street
  • Maintain 2 signs on Hwy 169 and 3 signs on the outer edges of town promoting West Bend
  • Adopt-A-Highway program
  • Maintain and pay for US flags on Main Street
  • PA system on Main Street
  • Furnish chamber stand and tent for events – also rent out for family events, etc.
  • Maintain marquee sign on Main Street
  • West Bend Bucks – Dollars for West Bend promotions
  • Ribbon cuttings for new businesses
