Revolving Loan
Fund
In an effort to promote and encourage economic development, Northwest Telephone Cooperative Association established a revolving loan fund in 1998. The Revolving Loan Fund is designed to provide supplement financing in support of new and expanding businesses. It is used to make loans for the following purposes:
- Increase and maintain employment opportunities.
- To offer financial assistance that will promote the retention and expansion of existing businesses.
- To increase the property tax base.
- To diversify the community's economic composition by encouraging unique or essential business concerns.

Applications for the Revolving Loan Fund are accepted by the NTCA-RLF Committee and considered on a continuous basis contingent on the availability of loan funds. After review of the application, the committee makes a recommendation to The Northwest Telephone Board of Directors who then takes action on that recommendation. Application forms and instructions are available upon request from Northwest Telephone Cooperative Association or West Bend City Hall.
